Terms

Peekoo early access terms

These are the current baseline terms for using Peekoo during early access. They are meant to set clear expectations while the product is still evolving.

Use of the service

Peekoo is provided for creating, sharing, and reviewing surveys and feedback workflows. You agree not to use the service for unlawful content, harassment, spam, fraud, or attempts to disrupt the platform.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.

Early access status

Peekoo is still evolving. Features, workflows, limits, and interface details may change as the product improves. Some parts of the service may be updated, removed, or replaced without advance notice during early access.

Your surveys and content

You remain responsible for the surveys, messages, branding, assets, and other content you create or upload in Peekoo. You should only use content you have the right to use and only collect information you are permitted to collect.

Acceptable use

You may not use Peekoo to collect illegal content, deceive respondents, send abusive or misleading surveys, interfere with other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service, but early access means downtime, bugs, data issues, or behavior changes can happen. Use care before relying on Peekoo as the sole system for a critical workflow.

Pricing and future plans

Early access may be free or subject to separate early access terms. Pricing, packaging, and limits may change as Peekoo matures. If paid plans are introduced, we will communicate that separately.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or limit access to Peekoo if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
